Yoga Nidra

A deeply relaxed state of being. Nidra means sleep.

Surfing away from the busy, active conscious mind the guided relaxation invites your awareness to move through pathways of the gross body to the subtle layers of being.  It’s repairing and healing from the inside out bringing you into the moment to calm the stormy waves.

As a cathartic and rejuvenating practice it brings about a fresh perspective, ease in body and helps those undergoing illness, recovery, stress and difficult times.

It’s a hammock for my mind and body where I can blissfully surrender into a void where I’m gently lulled into deep peace and clarity.

I’ve practised nidra since my first born came into our lives seventeen years ago. It’s the mother of yoga for healing, peace and being revived. Sona
