An  enriching experience for an expectant mother.

Feeling fortunate to have experienced pregnancy twice, I devoured and loved practising different yoga styles with leading London teachers. I requalified as my boys became teenagers as the knowledge and practice is just so womanly informative and nourishing!

Prenatal yoga incorporates feminine flowing movement to support her growing and changing body and can begin from 14 weeks up to delivery.

Includes breath work that calms, soothes and settles emotions, whilst drawing on techniques to feel empowered. This is a precious time for women to connect with each other to share and bond with their unborn baby and preparing for their baby’s birthday.

Being new to yoga, I felt anxious, but what you get is a calm, very welcoming and personalized experience. Sona creates an amazing energy every time. She helped me understand how to listen and respond to my body which ultimately prepared me for the birth. Would recommend the class to anyone who is looking for a great, knowledgeable instructor and a spiritual pregnancy.
